Review content:
During our move we had our furniture (multiple pieces) damaged and after many attempts (over a month) of trying to get the owners to call us back or possibly even repair the damage that their movers did, we can not get any response. They refuse to return phone calls and when we do ""catch"" them on the phone, they make up some other excuse. We understand that things can get damaged in a move; however, it is their responsibility to fix it. No such luck!
Pros: They were prompt in scheduling our move.
Cons: Late to show up/ two broken down trucks/ furniture damage/ refusal to respond to repair requests.
