Review content:
Food is always excellent. if expensive. Wait staff needs improvement. Some of the servers look and act like they should be working in diners. I've overheard them cursing loudly in the kitchen on several occasions. Temperature in the place is always uncomfortable. In the summer time the heat in the place is unbearable. While I highly recommend the food, the service needs to be improved, and owner needs to fix the AC or he'll have no customers in the summer.
