I am an experienced and successful medical health professional in the charleston region. I have never written a negative review until now. \r
\r
If you would like to be treated with respect and compassion, do not visit this practice. Dr.Gray is not professional. Dr. Gray is disrespectful and rude. I completely agree with the prior reader's comments as well. \r
\r
Dr. Gray yelled at me several times and stated that he would not perform certain labwork even though my primary physician and a specialized physician told me to have an endocrinologist test specific hormonal levels. \r
\r
Dr. Gray yelled and adamantly declined my requests for labwork which included simple hormonal levels including estrogen and progesterone. \r
\r
I remained calm and professional at all times as that was part of my medical and rehabilitation training. As I walked out, I told the nurse Pat ""I have NEVER experienced that type of treatment by a physician.""\r
\r
After that comment, Dr. Gray yelled at me to leave the office and continued his outburst even though I did not hesitate to leave. \r
\r
There are plenty of other compassionate, open-minded, and ethical endocrinologists out there. Endocrinologists that will listen to you and respect those who are proactive in their own healthcare.
