i should have done the inspection myself. Most of the defects were brought to the attention of the inspector by me. \r
Dishwasher never worked but was given a passing grade so I ended up spending $900 for a new one when we moved in. For heavens sake, run the dishwasher through the cycles and actually see if it is working. Just because it showed power to the unit is not enough. Other areas were missed but I will skip those.\r

Called the company and complained and was told they take negative comments seriously. I was told I would hear from the President, never did. They have their money and that is apparently all they care about.\r

Right now I am considering a small claims action.\r

I should have used the gentleman my 2 boys used. He was great. \r
