Review content:
I just came back from the Petco in Selden after returning our dwarf Hamster, Ralph, who we had for about 3 months. Our cat suddenly became determined to eat Ralph, and we decided (after trying unsuccessfully to keep the cat away) that it would be best to return Ralph. So, I called first, spoke to a friendly woman who said to just bring in the receipt and we would even get out money back ($15). \r Unfortunately, I ended up coming into contact with the store manage who gave me an attitude right away. I explained the situation, filled out a form, she took Ralph (and my cage) put it on the side and said that was it. No refund - and, what, she planned on keeping MY cage? So, I asked for the cage back and she turned to me and gave a look of such condemnation. I told her that maybe someday I would use the cage - as if I even needed to explain why I wanted MY cage back. Then she got huffy, apologized to the customer behind me in line (just getting every ounce of guilt out of me that she could) and took off for a while.\r So, I left with my cage, my daughter in tears and no refund (not that I expected one in the first place - I just wanted Ralph to be safe). \r This Petco is unfriendly and the manager is a ""B"". From now on, I'll go to the Petco in Lake Grove.
