Review content:
First of all, they dont even have a formal entrance. the shop looks like a 'fire hazard' waiting to happen. grease on the walls. globs of grease on the floor. mechanics that look they they cam out of a Mad Max movie. the extremely rude owner had me stand there for at least 5 minutes - without acknowledging my existence = while holding a personal conversation with the old man next to him, in an office the size of an outhouse. finally i got a chance to speak and i purchase a $425 radiator. let me not forget to mention that i had to go to his neighbor to make a credit card purchase because Associated Radiator cannot accept credit cards. i took the radiator back to my shop, without even taking it completely out of the box, my mechanic noticed that the ports didnt lineup, and in fact that was the wrong radiator. so i brought it back. they opened it, inspected it, taped the box back up and put in a pile of radiators they had sitting on the floor. he told me that they would process a refund. two weeks later, im still out of $425! they said that the radiator was broken when returned, which is BS because i never completely removed it out of the box. and besides that, they kept it!!! i should have followed my gut feeling! i had a bad vibe as soon as i walked into that ghetto garage. smh... after arguing with them for over an hour, an employee whispers to me, that i am not the first person they do that too. they are not going to be around for long if they keep treating customers this way. there are too many other options out there
