This service under same management as meriden Maid Pro, was fine under the previous owner, but unfortunately has had a change of management and service philosophy. We have had this service for over six years and have been forced to discontinue the service due to new changes under the new management. Under the current management, the cleaners have shown up at the promised time only one time out of six. They have not notified customers of the delays (usually 4-8 hours or more!) in most cases and in the single case in which we were notified, the cleaners did not even arrive at the rescheduled time. For a maid service which is primarily used by busy people it seems there is no regard for the time or schedules of their customers. In multiple cases the cleaners under the current management have cleaned (very slowly!) only half the house and demanded to be paid for cleaning the entire house. Additionally, the cleaners sent under the new management have cleaned very poorly (leaving a ""clean"" bathtub full of soap scum for example), and management's response to requests that the cleaners actually clean the items has been to complain that the customers should not ""complain"" about the cleaning. I would never hire this company under the current management (Kathy) and would warn others to beware and seek another company!
