Paul Dombeck represented me on 3 different disability cases with private insurance carriers, as well as my SSDI. I am happy to say that all of these cases were resolved quickly, and in my favor, without the need for appeal. One of the things that distinguishes Paul from other attorneys is that he took the time to explain the process, answer any questions I had, and to follow up in a manner in which I felt listened to and heard. Paul has tremendous insight into the workings of the insurance industry and is quite adept at unraveling/addressing their basis for denial. I truly felt that I had an ally in my fight against them, and was not just another case. Mine was a difficult and complex medical situation, which was hardly a slam dunk, but Paul pursued it with dogged determination and ethical responsibility. I also believe that Paul would give consideration to cases large firms would not, and for this reason alone, I would recommend one start their pursuit of a disability attorney with the Law Office of Paul Dombeck.
