Review content:
We used the 24 Hr emergency service. This company dispatched electricians when our power went out and Con Edison told us we needed to get a lisensed electrician to make repairs. None of the other 24 hr electrician companies would answer the phone. We were told that the electricians would arrive within the hour. 40 minutes later the guys arrived and our power was working within the next 15 minutes. One of the power lines coming into our meter from the street was out. The meter was locked by Con Edison. The electricians tapped the power to give us temporary power until Con Edison could unlock the meter the next day. SImular to the other review the next day this company sent a different electrician to make the final connection. We asked about this and were told that the electricians work 8 hour shifts. The other review said that they only take cash. Actually they take credit card and check also.
