Note: I went to another location, but all of them outsource to a central cleaning center; therefore, I am posting this here too as it applies.\r
I have used several discount cleaners before and decided to try this one again; it had been a couple of years. When I picked up my clothes, I was told by the employee that the women who clean my clothes said there was pet hair present on some of the garments and that I needed to clean them first before submitting them to be cleaned by One Price.\r
\r
So before I take my clothes to be CLEANED, I have to CLEAN THEM MYSELF? I realize this is a discount cleaners, but give me a break. It would be like going to the car wash but having the machine ask me to scrap the bird p00p off first. \r
\r
In case I didn't get the message the first time, there was also a note on the tag that told me to clean the pet hair off first next time. Mind you, the pet hair came from staying for two days at family's house who had an indoor/outdoor cat. There's no way there could've been a lot of hair in the first place!\r
We will certainly be shopping for a new discount cleaner or pay higher price at Jack Brown. And I'll be sure to roll around in cat hair first. =)
Pros: Cheaper but you pay the price for it
Cons: You have to clean your clothes before you take them to be cleaned
