Review content:
I'm embarrassed of the current conditions of this facility and would like to see its reputation become something and worthy of esteem in the community of Amarillo and abroad. I Met the current administrator, Ron Browning and other staff under his administration. I know quite a bit about the administrator profession in a healthcare setting and I am unnerved and displeased with this administrators lack of good manners, respect, and consideration for others and himself. This of course reflects on all of Plum Creek, although I'm sure the majority of the staff is very compassionate people who I would trust to take care of my love one.
What also upsets me is the is disorientation among administrative staff on Plum Creek's policy. It was as a handbook didn't exist for anyone to reference. Due to the fact that I value ethical, trustworthy, and reputable staff members and my loved one, I refuse to trust such unprofessional people with the administrative care of any my family member. The physical therapy program sounds very promising but the I can not over look the egotistical, ignoramus, moronic dingaling of an administrator in the room.
Pros: nice looking facility
Cons: unprofessionalism in administrative office
