i was a bridesmaid in a wedding and went to this business. it took someone, who was not experienced or knowledgable in formal gowns, about 20 minutes to ask us for help, even though we stood at the front counter the entire time. the dresses available were way too simple and expensive, but really had no other option in the rather small town. Our measurements were taken, but they were not used because when i went to pick up the dress it was a 3XL ( i am a size 4). They would not fix the dress until i paid in full. i live about 600 miles away from this business , so getting with them was a big problem, especially since they NEVER called to tell me they ordered as dress that was way too big. Overall, i would never recommend this business to anyone i know. I am usually a really patient person ( i know how hectic customer focused work can be ) but the people working here dont know what they are doing and dont show gratitude to their customers.
