Review content:
Finally, at my wits end, and having bitten and picked at my fingernails and cuticles since I can remember (over 40 years), I decided to try hypnosis to try to stop this embarrassing habit. I was so embarrassed to draw any attention to my hands.\r \r Though disappointed that the first session resulted in no change that I could sense, after returning to Richard for a second session a week later, I am totally blown away!!! Since then I have had absolutely NO urges to attack my nails or skin around them. I am just amazed, and wish now that I had tried this long before now.\r \r One month, and a manicure later, my hands look great and I can finally wear my grandmother's diamond engagement ring!\r \r Expect to give it a second chance if it doesn't work the first time. \r Hypnosis worked for me!
