Review content:
We had a similar experience to that of the previous reviewer. Though they're based in South Austin, their rather minimalist website claims to serve the Greater Austin area. We live in Northwest Austin, and when I called to arrange an appointment (I'd purchased a discount coupon online), he booked me for right after that weekend. When he arrived to mow the lawn, he instead just offered my wife a consultation and suggested that in addition to mowing the lawn, we should also consider letting them prune some trees (which we'd already pruned this spring), so that we could use the entire coupon value in one visit. He then explained that he was located in South Austin and didn't like to go to areas further north.
The deal was good in itself, but they no-showed for that first appointment (he said, ""You mean a crew didn't come?"" and rescheduled for three days later, a service he performed by himself. He also no-showed for the second appointment as well, and didn't return our phone calls for three days (he claimed he'd been texting our land line...). The owner seems nice enough, but is not good at returning phone calls or email and it took an inordinate amount of effort on our part to obtain the services we'd paid for. I'd look elsewhere for your lawn care needs.
