Review content:
I was looking for a new massage therapist when I saw a Groupon for La Rose Muscular Therapy in Westborough, MA and thought I'd give it a try. As a general rule, I prefer male therapists over female therapists because they're able to use their strength to really work through tight muscles, so was pleased when I saw they had a male therapist, Joe. \r
\r
I booked with Joe and upon arriving, Joe talked with me about where I might have stress and tension in my body so that he could pay particular attention to those areas for me. As someone who works on a computer all day for her job, my trouble areas tend to be my upper back and neck. Joe was familiar with the strain and stress that working on a computer all day causes to the upper back and neck areas and set to work on making them relax and feel better. \r
\r
That first massage left me feeling so relaxed and less tense than I have felt in years. I booked another appointment with Joe before I left and have been going once a month ever since. \r
\r
It's been 10 months now with monthly appointments and Joe never disappoints. He is consistently thorough in his process of asking what muscles or tension spots might be bothering me at the time, and working to fix those problem areas. He's always friendly and energetic, even though I book the last available appointment on Saturdays with him. \r
\r
He's also instructed me on stretching exercises to help with the stress and tension that builds up in between visits. In the time that I've been seeing Joe, I've not had to visit the chiropractor at all, and I used to have to go on a regular basis due to the stress and tension affecting my neck and back. \r
\r
If you're looking for a highly skilled massage therapist with the expertise to work through different issues patiently and effectively with long-term benefits, Joe's your guy! He gets 5 stars all the way!\r
\r
An added bonus for those considering either LaRose location - Joe has time in both Milford and Westborough, so ask for him at either location!
