Review content:
I have been working with Abbott for 5 months now. I was on an indefinite assignment for them and had told them I would miss a day for the birth of my son. There were complications from his birth and he has been in ICU for the last 3 days. I went to work the day after his birth (Tuesday) because I feared that Abbott would fill the position if I missed a day.\r
\r
I called the hospital to get an update on my boys condition on Wednesday during my lunch break and they told me he had some stomach bleeding and that they were going to be conducting tests. I asked the company I was working at if I could leave for the rest of the day and they agreed. Later on that day I got a call from Abbott where they lied and told me the company had requested me in a different division and did not give me any details on what I would be doing.\r
\r
I suspect they found someone who they could pay less to fill the position. I confirmed with the company I was working at that they did not request me to be moved.\r
\r
100% BAD PEOPLE. No morals, no integrity, and no heart.
