Review content:
We used this company for our move a week ago. We moved from a larger 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment that was on walk in level to our new home 15 minutes away that has 1 set of stairs that go to the bedrooms. When I booked the move I was told by David, the owner that they were very fast and full-time employees. He also told me that he estimated no more than 5 hours at the most. The team arrived with a bigger moving truck. The team of 2 men did not have any uniforms or name tags on. They ended up taking 8 hours to move us. Everything was packed and ready to go. They did not even finish putting the items where their went. Everything was left in my garage and they left. I spoke with the Owner David and he basically did nothing. I was surprised because he was so nice before but, then he became a business owner that did not care whether his customer was happy or not. He never called me back about his workers being slow or the fact he promised it would not take over 5 hours. I was so shocked at how he handled the situation. Even though, I have not found anything broken as of yet, the way my stuff was just left in my cold garage was very unprofessional and now, I am left with having to figure out how to get all these boxes to the upstairs all my myself.
