I had the privilege of experiencing Glenna Hecht's Generational Diversity course as part of Collin College's professional development program. A true trainer in every sense of the word, Glenna kept the audience captivated, interacted with each participant, and maintained a level of professionalism that far exceeded my expectations. She knows her facts and presents them in a way that any participant can understand. Her overall ""presence"" before an audience is truly one of passion, expertise, and overall engagement that produced an energy maintained throughout the duration of the session by both leader and participants. As a result of my contact with her, I have contracted with her to do several workshops for my department within Collin College. These will be offered to the general public. I could not be more thrilled that she has agreed to bring her energy, professionalism, and willingness to help others to some of the programs we provide to the citizens of Collin County. I would highly recommend Glenna for any of your consulting or training needs. You will not be disappointed with your decision, nor could you ask for a more deserving candidate!
