Review content:
We have used this dry cleaner for almost a year now and have never had a problem, but upon receiving my husband’s suits the other day, I noticed a hole and a burn mark on the sleeve of the jacket. I spoke to the owner (Rod) about the issue, and he proceeded to tell me that the hole was a wear mark and that he couldn’t have burnt the suit because they do not iron the sleeves of jackets, they only iron the inside of the sleeves. Make sense yet? Me either. What I couldn’t believe was that the entire time he continued to blame the fault on my husband. Aren’t customers always right? Apparently not. The suit wasn’t damaged when I took it in to be cleaned but when I got it back it had a hole and a burn mark (in the same sleeve), which he couldn’t explain. He never offered to replace the jacket; he just offered me a coupon (yea, because I want him to ruin another four-hundred dollar suit). No thanks. Currently looking for another dry cleaner!
