Although Petsmart tries to be an all inclusive, one-stop operation offering grooming, training, vet care, adoption/sales in addition to the usual food & supplies, it really represents the worst in bureaucratic dysfunctionality. The last straw was that I was\r
unable to obtain boarding during an emergency because staff was unable to retrieve paperwork. And I really can't stand the high pressure upsell during every transaction: there's a bimbo pushing a health plan at the clinic, a purple haired kid trying to get a buck for charity at the register, some giggly schoolgirl hawking overpriced treats during daycare checkin...I've bought used cars with less sleaze. \r
Pros: Very close to their competition around the corner
Cons: Small facility, apathetic staff, somewhat pricey
