I wanted to take the time to write this letter to thank you for the high quality installation\r
of the frameless shower glass by John Morey and his co-worker. I also can't thank yon\r
enough for getting the frameless shower glass in a day earlier than expected and rnaking\r
arrangements to getting the glass installed to meet with my time frame so I didn't have to\r
extend my accommodations.\r
I can't thank John and his co-worker enough for the time they took to make sure the\r
frameless shower glass was installed as expected and planned. John also went over the\r
complete installation with the Wall's to make sure they didn't have any questions or\r
concerns. In my opinion, John Morey is an imporlant asset to your company.\r
I wish other suppliers and contractors would take the time to provide this type of\r
customer service because a little will go a long way.\r
i know for a fact the Wall's will recommend the Bath & Glass Design company andJohn\r
Morey directly to their friends and co-workers for the quality installation and service.\r
Even though we had a small break down in communication, I expressed my feelings and\r
you addressed it in a timely manner. My intention was not to get any body in trouble but\r
with me being from out of town and never having done business with you before, I\r
needed to stay on top of things because time was of the essence.\r
I hope you take the time to share this letter with the people that were involved so they all\r
know how thankful I and the Wall's are for a high quality job.\r
