My car was stranded at a service station and couldn't be driven to the Saturn dealer which is now in Decatur. I called Mr. Oliver and he was there within 30 minutes and my car was safely on the road to the Decatur Saturn dealer.
He was prompt, courteous, and took care of business in a professional manner. I would use him again. He also gave me a form so I could get the towing reimbursed from my insurance company -- which never occurred to me.
Pros: Timothy Oliver is awesome
Cons: none!
