The office staff: genuine, helpful, really listens, answers and solves problems.\r

The maintenance staff: really know their stuff, organized, get things fixed right and quickly.\r
\r
\r
Safety: it's gated, there's a security guard patrolling at night, everything is well lit, and I feel safe even as a woman living alone.\r

The bottom line: this is a really great place to live and I've adjusted other parts of my life just so I can stay here. Lots of amenities for a not-outrageous price. \r
