Businiess name:  Chipotle Mexican Grill

Review content:
The Pros: Great food...fresh..healthy. it's definitely high on my list of places to grab lunch. really, food wise, my only complaint is that they charge an un-godly amount for guacamole, but I expect that is a mandate pushed down from the corporate office. The restaurant is always clean and condiments/etc fully stocked.\r \r The Con: The manager...or who I assume is the manager. I have always received great customer service from everyone on the ""assembly line."" However, the gentleman at the checkout during weekday lunch (seems like the mgr from the way he speaks to others) is all business. Efficient is one thing..but slow down just a tad and smile, make eye contact...i.e. think about the entire customer experience.\r \r According to restaurantworx, 89% of consumers research a restaurant online before selecting a restaurant.\r \r So..this store is almost here - ""When Chipotle opened its first store in 1993, the idea was simple: demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a ""fast-food"" experience. We use high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and a distinctive interior design, and have friendly people to take care of each customer""
