Review content:
I very rarely leave comments about places or services. Even if it is bad, with two children under 3 I just don't have the time... so this must tell you that the service here was horrendous. I had my son's 3rd birthday party here. You can tell that there is no professionalism here. They literally squeeze as many parties they can fit in, in one day. They are not attentive/helpful, yelled at the kids, (mind you they are 2-3 and will not always remember the rules... and I understand it's loud but still the tone was not acceptable.) and just scurried you in and out of rooms and rushed you when you at. There was not enough time to open the presents or talk for a few to say goodbyes. Some of your time is cut in the beginning because of shoes and coats that need to be removed and waivers that need to be signed, rules that need to be gone over. The room is cold, 70 degrees we were told. I overheard that they don't turn on the heater and that we were lucky because in the morning it was colder. TOO many restrictions. I understand wanting things to be neat, but the reason is they want minimal so they can hurry and clean and squeeze the next party in which is right behind you in another room. Someone wanted to just give my other son a late Christmas gift and was told all the gifts had to go in one area- he couldn't bring it in to hand it to us. The worst is that the kids in the end didn't get enough play time. Parents were shocked at how unorganized and un-fun the place was. For the price I will not be going back again for a party. They need to have more options. Like different guest sizes, different time frames. Time allotted for all those misc. things... like eating, gift opening, and to be able to say goodbye without being rushed. But I guess offering that would cause too many problems with them being able to get as many parties in one day for them to be able to max out in profits they would make. The hostess was not engaging. At Pump it Up another bouncy place center they had the host/hostess jumping and playing and being much more lively and energetic. I still tipped the hostess since it's not really her fault, it's the owners fault for teaching them how to be. Seriously not happy with the amount I paid and what I got. I have no problem paying whatever to make my son happy as long as they do a good job at what I am paying them for!!!
