Review content:
One of the worst business experiences I have had in recent history. I dropped off 2 windows. When I picked them up and got home I realized that they had given me someone else's window (one of the two). I called them immediately to tell them and left a message. They never returned the call. When I finally reached them they said they do not listen to their messages!!
They never found the storm window and had to replace the whole fixture. They did not return calls. It took over a month to schedule them to come and measure. Then they never called me to tell me it was in. When they finally came to install it (after a number of calls on my part) the owner was the installer. He was surly and never once apologized for all the problems, days off of work I had to take to be at the house for the appointment, and the various other issues. I strongly recommend finding another place to work with. The whole process was over 3 months long.
