Review content:
New to the area, I was seeking a good dry cleaner to handle my suiting and career separates. I found this cleaners in an obscure part of Port Jervis and decided to give it a try. I expected a large bill, however, what I did not expect was the poor presentation of my clothing when I picked it up. Who does not press slacks and skirts? Further infuriating is that my Silk Ralph Lauren blouse was missing. Why call me to alert me that my clothes are ready if they are not? I tell the proprietor to credit me and return my blouse. After five minutes of circular banter, he must tell me that my blouse is not on site and instead at a location 40 mi away. Despite my better judgment, I pay for his services. Today, THREE weeks later I call to find out what is happening and I am told that the blouse is there. I had to take the time to write this review to spare newcomers the experience. My cleaning is going back to ESSEX. #Need a better local cleaner.
