I purchased a LG Front Loader washing machine from Home Depot. Of course, after the warranty expired, it broke. I called Rod's TV and they came out, told me what was wrong and charged my credit card. Since then, I have waited nearly 5 months for them to come back out to actually do the repair!! They have rarely returned my calls, had me sitting around waiting for their guys to come out and then they never showed, and were plain and simply rude as can be on the phone. If you can get ANYONE else to come to your home and fix your appliance, I recommend you do so. With the economy where it is and small business hurting, it is good to see that Rods is so busy they can treat their customers this way. I am also self employed. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business!! I gave them 1 star as this site won't let me give it 0!
