I had a haircut with her recently, and this was the worst cut I have ever received in my 30+ years. 1) She cut my bangs while standing behind me. 2) She needs to go back to school. She does not know what 1 inch looks like, and almost cut 3 inches from the bottom 3) I asked for a few simple, subtle long layers, and before I knew it, I saw a huge clump of hair probably 2 inches in diameter fall on my smock. I didn't ask for chunky layers. Who cuts layers that much at a time? This was *after* I told her she needs to texturize layers or else it shows up too much with my type of hair.\r

I'm totally disgusted. She is unfit to be a hairstylist. I have lost multiple days of sleep over this as I have a big event coming up. How am I going to attend an event with basically a shag/mullet hairstyle?
