I am sorry to hear that this particular person had a bad experience over at Park Dental Care but I have something to say about his very incorrect comments and I want to say it item by item just like he did: (Please note that due to limit of characters allowed, I had to continue my comment on the other comment this person made).\r
1) If he did not get Dr. Klempner to do the work why is he trashing his practice in the first place? Dr. Klempner is always on top of things but since we are all human, don't we have a right to take a day off or even get sick once in a while?\r
2) Dr. Klempner always chooses his staff very carefully. I have been his patient for many, many years and I the staff quality that you see at Dr. Klempner's office is excellent, from the receptionist to the assistants to the flower people who weekly decorate their beautiful reception area, they are all top of the line employees and he must be a very good boss since they keep their job for years and years (unlike some other Dr's that have to change employees every week!). 3) Their Rego Park office is EXTREMELY modern, what is this person talking about? If you have any doubts, just go check it out, I am sure they will be happy to give you a tour of their beautiful place!\r
4) Going back for a second treatment??? if you were so unhappy with your first treatment, why did you even bother to go back for a second?\r
5) I am so glad that you found another dentist that had the patience to deal with you!\r
6) Read the many great reviews this doctor receives and you will see that the only pain here is you!\r
