Indelible food ! Gross is too kind a word. Catered thanksgiving and they cooked the turkey withe giblets still in the paper package in the cavity. Never mind the turkey was as dried as wood. Each item in the hot antipasto platter was served atop of each other in one big mess. Friend calamari on the bottom , piled atop was the eggplant rollatini, baked clam stuffed mushrooms and god knows what else , indistinguishable and also in edible. \r The yams and cranberry sauce were all from a can. You could see the indentations in the cranberry sauce ....the only thing that was edible was the apple pie they gave us from Entenmanns ....thanks for that I was starving and knew I could rely on Entenmanns not RAVIOLI FAIR
