This place has such exceptional service that I bring my most expensive couture garments to Manhattan from New Jersey. They are always able to remove that mystery stain that other dry cleaners are unable to. If they notice that an item needs repair they call in advance to get my authorization and if there is a problem with a piece they always call to advise me of the situation 100% of the time. I know that no place is perfect and things can happen, but Madame Paulette is the closest to perfection that I have found. At Madame Paulette the staff is proactive and at the end of the day, they always have a solution and also a customer?s best interest at heart.
