TIP 1 ''DON'T WORK FOR THIS HEARTLESS COMPANY"" MY HUSBAND, BOTH BROTHERS AND MY COUSIN HAS WORKED THERE BUTTS OFF FOR THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST YEAR. THEY HAVE SEEN OVER 30 EMPLOYEES COME IN AND RIGHT OUT THE DOOR BECAUSE OF ALL THE BS THEY PUT THESE GUYS THREW. MY 4 GUYS WORKED DAY IN AND DAY OUT, 15 TO 20 HOURS A DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK. THEY HAVE PUT UP WITH SO MUCH BUT YET THEY WENT IN EVERYDAY ON TIME, WENT AND WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF, COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME AND TO ITS PERFECTIONS TO KEEP A ROOF AND FOOD IN THEIR MOUTHS AND FAMILY'S MOUTH... THE BOSSES HERE ARE VERY RUDE, HATEFUL, AND HAVE TALKED TO THEM IN WAYS YOU WOULD NEVER IMAGINE. WE HAVE SEVERAL RECORDINGS AND HUNDREDS OF TEXT FOR VERIFICATION!!!! THEY CALLED THE GUYS IN TODAY AFTER HOLDING THEIR CHECKS FOR 3 DAYS NOT TO MENTION SHORTED THEIR PAY AND FIRED THEM... ALL OF THIS WAS UN EXPECTED AND MIND BLOWING.. REMEMBER THESE SAME 4 GUYS HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A YEAR, NEVER NO WRITE UPS, COMPLAINTS, NO FIRED AND REHIRED... THEY PUT SO MUCH FAITH IN THIS COMPANY AND GAVE IT MORE THAN 100 PERCENT TO BE FIRED ALL IN ONE DAY WITH NO REASON AT ALL.. THIS COMPANY HAS NO HOPE.. POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY THESE PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR HEARTS AND MORALS. BEST ADVISE IS TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WHO SO CALL RUN IT BECAUSE THEY ARE CONCERNED WITH THEIR SELF AND WILL USE AND MISTREAT ANYONE TO GET MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS.. SPRAY FOAM ETC IS A DISGRACE AND CAN'T WAIT TILL ITS COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN, THERE 3 QUARTERS OF THE WAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
