Pros: Quiet grounds, clean and fully functional laundry/gym/pool, friendly staff, abundant parking for second cars and guests, recycling bins, nice landscaping
Cons: poor ventilation in the bathroom and old windows (bedroom and sliding doors) lead to an unavoidable mold issue, they do patchwork instead of fixing the root cause, they have attempted to enter my apartment unannounced without knocking (if it wasn't for the safety latch, unexpected handymen would have come in while I slept), they charge way too much for rent for an older outdated apartment, and they charged me illegal fees from my deposit after moving out, peeping tom on the grounds
