I guess that I need to put in a good review for Keith's since I read all these reviews and can understand some of them on both sides. I've been going there since I found them in the garage (that is there warehouse now, I think). I've never seen them as busy as they have been in the last year or two. I have never taken it personally any attatude that I have gotten since the folks in there have good days and bad. I mean really, it's a gun shop, not a Mc Donalds. It's serious stuff and the people that work in this type of business have to constantly look out for everything that is going on. I don't hang out and I don't really know any of them personally and don't need to. In there defence, they should expect you to know a little about what you are doing and have some firearm experience, if you don't, you should go to a big box store that may have someone that has time to chat with you. You may find that even at other places, it will be no better. You might sign up for some training before you go to any gun shop and buy your first weapon. You may want to go to a shop during the week when they are not so busy to make that first buy or to just look around, go early, be patient, take your time. It's a serious thing. I think if you approch them with patience at Keithe's, you'll find them to be very good, serious, knowledgable, friendly and a lot of the time, very busy people. If their are young people working, maybe they are filling in since they are so busy. To those that have felt compelled to write those nasty reviews....look at yourself, look at it through their eyes and ears, hearing the same demanding and stupid questions over and over from first time customers who may or may not know what they are doing, waiving money, wanting too much information or information that is not easyly assimilated. They probably don't need that or your money. I think they do a good job under the circumstances that they have to work under. Pros: Lot's of guns and varity, they change weekly. good folks (mostly)? Cons: Be patient, take some time, go during the week at odd hours.
