Do not buy from this store. They're crooks. I cancelled my phone service through Verizon in June 2009, a phone which I purchased from Cellular Image. They told me the cancellation fee was $326. Of course I was upset about such a high fee, but I was not happy with Verizon or the cheap flip phone they sold me. I received a bill from Verizon for the cancellation fee, which we paid to Verizon. I thought that was the end of it. Fast forward more than a year. I requested a credit report from Experian and lo & behond, Cellular Image reported that I still owed them $326. I spoke to Perry at Cellular Image. He said that they don't send out letters, they just send cancelled contracts to collections. So they want me to pay another $326 to them, for a total of $652 for a cancelled contract. I HATE these phone contracts and some day they WILL be illegal and all the people who make a living from them will go BROKE & BANKRUPT!!! Cons: Consumer fraud!
