06/27/2009 \r MR. BRAMLEY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, NOR DOES HE TAKE PRIDE IN HIS WORK.\r \r A word to the wise PLEASE SHOP AROUND!\r \r We had our liner replaced by Mr.Bramley in 2002.\r Since the first year we have experienced nothing but grief. Our pool was losing water all the time, so of course we called our pool guy (Mr.Bramley) and he explained that it was normal to lose up to 3-4 inches of water in a week. WRONG!\r \r We had to hire, and pay, $350 for someone to come out and do Mr. Bramleys job. They found seam leaks in the liner. \r \r We contacted Mr. Bramley about warranty work and he refused to believe we had seam leaks. We have tried to contact Mr. Bramley over the past few years for his help with the warranty work, but to no avail.\r \r We finally drained our 30,000 gallon pool and cut out the seam seperations and sent them to Pen-Fab ourselves. Pen-Fab looked at, and confirmed, that we had seam leaks. They will give us 30% off a new liner.\r \r If Mr.Bramley would have taken pride in his work, or cared about customer satisfaction this problem would have been resolved years ago, and we would have recieved a new liner at no cost to us or Mr. Bramley.\r \r But as it turns out WE have to pay another 3000.00 dollars to have the liner replaced again.\r \r Now I ask you IS THIS RIGHT? I don't think so.\r \r anne meyer kirtland ohio
