Review content:
Couple of friends and I visited Outback to celebrate my birthday. Although, my friends made the evening manageable, the restaurant's food quality and service were both terrible. I was told that the food I wanted was sold out and that there is nothing they can do about it. Oh, she did say that there is a disclaimer in the menu so that they don’t have to actually provide a substitute. So, I ordered something else, a medium Fillet. Well, it came out not so medium - more like well done. I brought it to the waitress’s attention and instead of getting me another one; I was told that they could offer me a free desert, which turned out to be 1x scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup. Very disappointing, not to mention that they charged me full price for everything. Anyways, maybe this was just a one-time occurrence; maybe not, but for me this was the last time that I visited that restaurant.
Pros: convenientely located in Macedonia, OH
Cons: terrible parking, overpriced, overall - don't waist your $
