Not much to say here. Long-time Cliftonite myself...always thought of Clifton Savings Bank as a friendly place....\r

Story too long, but essentially, there was an issue with information that the bank needed that they weren't able to verify--through NO fault of my own, and in my efforts to be assertive in clarifying why there was an issue I was treated SO disrespectfully and dismissively--as if I were somehow in the wrong and needed to be ""punished"" for demanding information. Women, you know the type of passive-agressive employee who turns on you when you refuse to be intimidated? Well, stop by Columbia Savings Bank sometime for their special brand of ugly. It's sad, because Clifton USED to be a friendly community...now the vibe is a little rougher and a little angrier and a little less wonderful, thanks to places like CSB. Forget looking for friendly. Or helpful. Or respectful. Just go to PNC next door.
