DO NOT USE this bank for any type of loan. Our experience was a nightmare and the worst our realtor ever saw in his career. As soon as they have your business secure, it will be come very apparent that they do not care about you whatsoever. Our closing date got pushed back over a month because of errors on their part, which they tried to place the blame on others and never apologized. Also, our interest rate ended up being higher than we agreed upon at closing, even though Dee Perkins, our loan officer at the bank, assured us it was guaranteed to be the percentage we agreed upon. Then Dee was suppose to call me to explain why our interest rate ended up being higher and its not been over a month and she never returned my call or emails. Terrible, terrible bank. DO NOT USE if you want to close on time or have a loan officer that cares about you the slightest bit.
