I wanted a do-it-yourself wedding because I didn't have the money for a planner. I wanted to spend the money on making it beautiful instead. I went to Lasting Impressions and showed them some ideas I had. The staff there couldn't have been more helpful and excited for me! They showed me how to get the look I wanted for the least money. I wanted a fabric-y, sweepy look in the reception tent without spending thousands of dollars. They suggested using a ""pole tent"" (like the ones you see in the movies) to give a sweepy look. They wrapped the poles in fabric and used colored lights. It was perfect. Everyone commented on how gorgeous everything was. I was very proud of the look for the tables I picked out. I used a crinkley taffeta in a beautiful blueberry color. My china was ivory, the chairs were a dark wood. The florist decorated each chair with a small lily and ribbon. Lasting Impressions even had a dancefloor and a stage for my brother's band. They made it so easy. I walked in to the showroom nervous but came out extremely excited for my wedding day.When my fiancee asked me if he had to do anything for the wedding, I showed him everything I had picked out at Lasting Impressions, told him that it was all taken care of, and we both were relieved to not have to think about it anymore! The day was perfect. I highly recommend Lasting Impressions.
Pros: Excellent & Creative Staff, Great Selection, Great Prices
Cons: I went over budget, but it was worth it.
