Review content:
A Zanesvillite who hits the big C only once every month (if I'm lucky), I found the Cup o' Joe in German Village great on coffee, but the youthful servers were not happy, nor happy to wait on anyone, and did not respond to a smile. This tells me that a--the pay is baaaaaad b--they hire college kids who, by definition, are often sullen, or c---i just got there on a bad day. If I went to ger. village all the time, I wouldn't care--but since it's kind of an ""event"" thing--it matters.
