My wife had to call Allen Edward to fix our washing machine that was not draining the water well enough. The clothes somehow always came out wet that she had to wring these manually before putting into the dryer. We had a pleasant surprise when they were able to send a repairman early. You can tell immediately that the guy they sent really knew what he was doing. It didn’t take too long for him to fix the machine. My wife was very happy with the results and even ended up giving the repairman a modest tip. If she’s happy, I’m happy too. I just know that we will be loyal customers of Allen Edward for a long time.
