I was there on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a quick lunch special and an additional Cuban sandwich. When I placed my order, instead of being politely told that they were out of Cuban sandwiches (of all things) a loud voice shreiked from the kitchen area, ""I DON'T THINK SO!!!!. YOU CAN HAVE TURKEY!!!"" I should have trusted my instincts at that point and run for the door. Instead I placed an order for a couple of sandwiches and a cup of beans and rice. Twenty five minutes later, my order was finally ready ( they weren't that busy, but had stupidly accepted an order for huge amounts of food which they were incapable of filling in a timely matter -- an order which was filled while regular customers waited, and waited and waited......). No apology or compensation was offered for the long wait. Add to this the fact that the sandwiches were thrown together and the bread was soggy. The beans and rice had congealed into a solid, lukewarm blob in the styrofoam bowl. In the center of all of this was a rock solid, dry mass of uncoocked rice. Three words for this place -- I DON'T THINK SO!
