Oh my god Sears is a total rip-off..... Don't let them in your house...... they charged us $250 for our carpet and then $600 to clean 4 rugs that were a total of 350 square feet... Our total bill was $930 dollars for 3 hours of work...................... I called the local manager and he basically said TOO BAD FOR YOU so I contacted Sear's corporate customer service. I received a call from a man-child name Skippy or something who stated he would call the local manager ""BUT"" he could not override the local managers decision. What!!! a corporate office has no say over a local office, what a bunch of Bull....... I ask to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the final decision...period..... Bottom Line---- Sears ripped us off for hundreds of dollars and I hope this review prevent this from happening to YOU.................
