Great car service and good rates; tip is included, which is even better, saving you the hassle of pulling out your wallet and then jotting it down so you can remember to get reimbursement! Drivers are very polite; they are on time and, they even show up earlier than required and, if I am not ready they are quick to put me at ease by saying ""take your time ma'am, I will wait for you because I am early..."" As a bonus, you will find great European style magazines to browse and relax enroute to your destination. The drivers are very personable; however, I noticed they do not take personal phone calls with passengers, which is very considerate of them. Finally, I am always on time and they track traffic delays to avoid any problems enroute to your destination, especially since there are so many roads under reconstruction in downtown ATL! Great service!
Pros: Ambience, service
Cons: At least one driver is not very familiar with ATL back roads...asks for directions and drives too fast for my taste.
