We hired Franco to cater our non-profit foundation, Betty's Foundation, benefit concert dinner. The food was delicious and every guest was very happy with the food. Franco prepared a three-course menu with five different entree choices - all diverse and tasty. He rented the napkins, utensils, plates, and glasses for us and made our lives much easier! We were very happy with his services and his attention to every detail.
