We scheduled an apointment a month ahead of time. Contract was signed ahead of time and was picked up by jeffery the representive. And told Us he does not do shady jobs been in bissness for 7yr and had no complaints. They even stored there equipment here so it was ready for the job. The day came They owner sent some young guy out and he brought his girlfriend to keep him company, they were 20 min late. It took them 1 hour just to tape off carpet line and eletrical outlets in one small area out of 4. Then after they finally finished taping the one room, Went to shop at Sam's club to get supplies. Then finallty striped one small room out of 4 ,Then come to find out they didnt have all the nessesary chemicals to do the job. We called owner he said it would take him another 2hr. to get forgoten supplies. Then aploogized said we will need to re-schedule. We declined to wait since nothing had been done in 4hr. We were promised that the whole job would take 4 hrs.
