Review content:
Went to 20 Below while on a fishing trip to Montana. My group of 6 wanted to have a drink at the bar before dinner. We sat at a table and waited patiently for someone to serve us. We finally realized the only way to get a drink was to go to the bar and order. The bartender, who we later learned was named Wally, was far from cordial. He acted almost like we were an inconvenience to him. Never spoke a word but grunted a lot.\r
\r
We finished our drinks and trepidatiously moved to the dining room in the rear of the building. Our server was pleasant and we were seated right away. As we were there on a weekend we were told about their weekend steak specials. A choice of a huge NY strip or an even\r
larger rib eye. Because the steaks were so large we were told that 2 of us could share one steak. We ordered 3 steaks, medium rare. We all ordered salad, baked potatoes or French fries. \r
\r
The salads were a disappointment. Mostly iceberg lettuce (YUK) with the usual vegetables. Two of us thought that our ranch dressing had a bad taste; as if it was really old and had been sitting around for some time.\r
\r
Our dinner was not what we expected. All 3 steaks were cooked medium to medium-well with the New York being on the chewy side. The French fries were OK but the baked potatoes were on the cool side in the middle so none of the toppings ever melted.\r
\r
After dinner as we were heading out we noticed that the bar was now packed full of people waiting for the night
