Basement Waterproofing Solution is unreliable. They have cancelled/delayed 4 appointments to date. Twice they postponed estimate appointments the morning of the scheduled appointment. On the scheduled day of service, they cancelled the appointment the same morning. On a follow-up service appointment, they never showed up, no communication. We tried calling throughout the day and could not reach anyone. Do not trust this company to keep their scheduled appointments. There are plenty of other waterproofing businesses in Chicago that are worth avoiding the headache of several rescheduled appointments.
